Local-first workspace

Mobile Lab stores local settings, saved workspaces, QA state and captures on the user's computer. It has no advertising SDK, behavioral analytics telemetry, remote executable code, or cloud workspace synchronization.

Mobile Lab Pro diagnostic processing

When an activated Pro user requests protected review details, JSON/HTML export, or an AI-fix prompt, Mobile Lab sends a structured diagnostic payload to the Pro service over HTTPS. It may include the reviewed URL, device/viewport measurements, accessibility, SEO, AEO/GEO, UX and runtime signals, manual QA completion states, and optional QA notes.

The Pro service is not designed to receive page HTML, cookies, authentication credentials, form-field values, screenshots/captures, or saved workspace files. Current server code processes diagnostic requests to produce the requested result and does not persist diagnostic payloads in the license database.

Billing and device authorization

Stripe handles checkout and payment information outside the extension. Pro authorization may process the checkout email, one-time activation credential, app-generated installation ID, device public key, signed challenge/request proofs, entitlement state and server-side Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. The device private key is kept as a non-extractable browser CryptoKey and is not sent to the service.

Security records

License, device, webhook/idempotency, revocation and limited security-audit records are retained as needed to operate subscriptions and prevent abuse. Audit records do not intentionally include activation credentials, private keys, page contents, screenshots, form values, or full diagnostic payloads.

Permissions

Mobile Lab uses storage, tabs, activeTab, downloads, debugger, declarativeNetRequest and HTTP/HTTPS host permissions for its documented responsive QA features.

Deletion and control

Users can delete saved workspaces, clear extension storage, delete exports, or uninstall the extension. Subscription/device records can be managed through billing/support; records required for payment, fraud prevention, security or legal obligations may be retained where applicable.
