Trial

If a free trial is offered, the trial length, billing start date and cancellation path must be disclosed on the checkout page before payment details are submitted.

Subscription cancellation

Customers should manage cancellation and payment method updates through the Stripe Customer Portal when paid licensing is active.

Refund requests

Refund requests should be sent to ml.support@marsci.cc with the billing email, purchase date and reason. The final refund rule must be confirmed before paid launch.
